Thomas:         Hello and welcome to Opening Arguments, this is episode 457.  I’m Thomas, that’s Andrew, how’re you doing, Andrew?

Andrew:         I’m fantastic, Thomas, how are you?

Thomas:         Yeah, I am as well! 

Andrew:         [Laughs]

Thomas:         For the last, like, two weeks, just been fantastic.  Over the moon, so happy, and I think we get even more good news in today’s episode.  We’ve got an update on more consequences.  Lin Wood, couldn’t happen to a nicer guy.

Andrew:         [Laughs]

Thomas:         Consequences for Lin Wood, and also we are interviewing Jamil Favors, who you would’ve seen and heard from if you saw or listened to our election fundraiser, swung the election, by the way, in Georgia.  [Laughs] I think we can say we made the difference there, and Jamil was a fantastic interview and we decided we wanted to have him back on as soon as possible, and we are!  I can’t wait for that.

Andrew:         I’m super excited about it.

Andrew:         I am fantastic on a level that has not been seen since we did episode 1-2-3!

Thomas:         [Laughs]

Andrew:         There you go.

Thomas:         Yeah, we’re gonna complete the set.  This is the middle.  Normally I name the shows, but I have to give you full credit for this episode, “Insurrections Have Consequences.”

Andrew:         [Laughs]

Thomas:         Fantastic show name, amazing content.  I’m seeing a lot of bullet points, but they’re so good that I’m like, we’ll see!  Maybe we go long, I don’t care.  This show’s gonna be amazing.  Consequences, everybody!  Can we have some of them?  [Laughs]

Andrew:         It would be nice, don’t you think? 

Thomas:         We already have some, in that the President was impeached.  I don’t know if you’ve heard all this.  [Laughs] This just in!

Andrew:         [Laughs]

Thomas:         First President to ever be impeached twice.  Pretty cool.

Andrew:         [Laughs] Well?  I kinda feel boxed in here, but fantastic, Thomas!  How are you?

Thomas:         [Laughs] Yeah.  You know, Mr. Fantastic would be a great name for one of the boxers that I would have to face in Mike Tyson’s Punchout.

Andrew:         [Laughs]

Thomas:         From 1980-whatever, that Andrew was kind enough to guest on on my channel.  I’m going right into it, if you haven’t seen me already say this on social media, sorry.  I’ve got a Twitch channel where I’m playing old NES games and also various other things from time to time.  Andrew was kind enough to hop on last week after the Q&A.  I guess it was earlier this week, I dunno what time is.

Andrew:         [Laughs]

Thomas:         Anyway, played some Mike Tyson’s Punchout, it was amazing, and I think Mr. Fantastic would be your name.  You would take people out with amicus briefs, you know?  Or something.

Andrew:         [Laughs]

Thomas:         You have documents, the little shot between rounds would just be documents everywhere.  You’d just be, you know, all over your face, just throwin’ documents everywhere.  It’d be great!

Andrew:         My weakness would have to be, you know, easily distracted by minutia or something?
